Season Tickets

So most of the bad news will be released on May 10th.

 

I have bought a season ticket for next season. Am looking forward to it. I know it is not fashionable to feel bullish, but I am.

 

Hope springs eternal.

I might even buy one myself at some point during the Summer, if recruitment seems to be going well.
Big if though.

S/T sales are "Significantly more sold than at the same point last season". Good news. NJ certainly has a very positive vibe about him going into the new season. Think of Micky Apples standing motionless hands in pockets, and with him still in situ sales would be significantly down.

That's a pretty vague way of suggesting they are up a bit.
Why can't the Club just drop the spin and patronising of fans, and talk straight to us?
Give us the numbers.

 

We have sold fewer ST than at this stage last season - fact.

The number is down by about 300.

My own theory for this is two fold -

• That Swisdom didn’t block buy an extra 500 STs this Summer, in anticipation of getting more complimentary passes to the Player’s lounge
• That with the proliferation of forum experts who know so much about Charlton despite never going to our matches, it’s cheaper to follow the ITTV match threads.

 

And around 800 down on 22/23 season.

That's why I'd like to see the numbers.
It's harder to hide a lie behind numbers. Obfuscation is the spice of dishonesty.

 

But is he ITK? The fact that the SMT are dishonest doesn't mean that the OS is lying about this.
