Just had a double sausage and Egg McMuffin meal with an Extra Hash brown.
    *chefs kiss*
Cant stand McDonalds food to be honest, except for their breakfast menu, I lose all interest in their food after 10:30am.

Quite fond of a wrap of the day for £1.99 if that’s still a thing. And nuggets obviously. The nuggets still bang.

Thats the thing tho, McDonalds are a jack of all trades, but their rival outlets specialise in their respective fields.
If I want a burger, ill go to Burger King, their burgers piss all over McDonalds from a great height
and if I want chicken, ill go to KFC.

Had a four piece meal on the way back from Swansea and it’s gone downhill and it was over a tenner albeit from a service station. If I’m going out for a burger I’d rather spend a bit more for somewhere good.

not gonna lie, I rarely go to KFC these days for that very reason, the quality of their restaurants has plummeted in the last 10 years.
Their food, their hygiene, their staff.
Lucky if you can find a KFC staff member who speaks English these days. Not to be that guy, but you gotta be able to understand ****ing english if you are going to have a customer facing job.....in England! ffs

those service stations piss me off, think they can get away with a 30% price bump because they know you dont want to get off the motorway for something to eat.
    ****ers.

Being able to speak English is no longer a requirement for any job these days, so far as I can tell. Particularly for those working in customer services.

Supply and demand innit. Same at airports. Was more pissed off they were using the world’s smallest chickens. Left hungry and wolfed down two M&S discounted sandwiches.

That's not true. The human body needs 0g of exogenous carbs a day.

Carbs are a non essential macro nutrient.

Ok you don’t literally need them. A tiny number of people stick to a carnivore diet. But for 99% to have a sustainable calorie deficit you’ll stick to it better with a few potatoes thrown in. Potatoes are the most satiating food there is as long as they aren’t sliced and deep fried.

If you lot ate actual food, instead of garbage and weirdness, maybe you wouldn't have to spend half your lives sweating in lycra and risking hernias.

They are, but not in relation to how the body uses food for energy.

Do you know what a calorie is?

I called a service provider a couple of months ago. Within the first 10 seconds I couldn't understand a word he was saying so I just hung up and dialled again.
    What's the ****in point?
