Concur on dates. Have a box of 100 in my fridge, delicious. Only tried them for the first time in the UAE and was like "damn, ****s good actually." For breakfast here, I have 3 slices of wholegrain bread with some butter and Norwegian brown cheese.
Not entirely sure what cholesterol is but my dad is horrendously unhealthy and his is fine so guessing it’s all good.
I've been thinking about joining a gym the last few weeks. I ****in hate the gym but could easily fit it into my daily routine at a time when it should be quiet. Only £255 a year. Still undecided
From the very little I understand about it, it's not always caused by being unhealthy it can be through your genes. I was surpried along with my family that I had high cholestrol - I never eat unhealthy, I've never been overweight although I've had to watch it now I'm in my 60's. A full English to me is considered a treat more than the norm. Crazy as you highlight when someone can be horrendously unhealthy, yet someone that is not has it. Tbph I never ever even considered I'd have problems which pisses me off when I see obese people hogging the crisp aisles. Although I use to drink and smoke, but certainly not to any extremes for a few decades.
Gonna work out fasted. Start exercise around 12:30 having not eaten since 14:30 the day before. In theory I should be using my bodies fat stores for energy. Anyone tried this?
I wouldn’t tbh especially when starting out. Not eating in the morning is a solid way to cut calories overall and I like to train early before eating but everyone is different. The only thing you really need to know is how many calories you’re putting into yourself and how many you need to stay the same weight. Gym isn’t a great tool for losing fat (it helps obvs because it burns calories but not that many). More about muscle maintenance/growth while the calorie deficit works away at your gut.
Some people can absolutely mutilate their bodies and be sound their entire lives. Untill a sudden heart attack at 70 or something. But **** it, old as **** anyway. Some people whiff some fried bacon at 17 and they have health issues until an early death at 42
I knew some guy that died in his 40's, although the signs were there that something was wrong, or I thought so. He used to sweat like crazy, you could see it dripping off his head at times when it just wasn't natural, I often asked if he was ok. One day sat down to watch the tv and never woke up again.
Mazel tov. Ate too much yesterday but was on the road. Bacon and eggs on toast at the Wetherspoons at the NEC- possibly the most soulless Spoons of them all. Was at a food expo so just munching on crap all day. Back on it today. Got a squat PB.
