it’s not about whether the counter party lacks the ‘wit or imagination’ it’s about the counter party extracting the most ****ery possible, by gleaning suggestions from the community, as has been the time honoured tradition in betz4bantz.
The point you’re missing though is that these are simply suggestions. The ‘winner to choose’ is the only salient point you need to concern yourself with here. And the winner can choose whichever forfeit they like.

In the interests of impartiality, integrity and independence I forwarded your hypothesis to a firm of lawyers that I do a fair bit of business with - their response was as foows:
