Dodds strikes me as someone who tries to say the things he thinks he should. He doesn’t have any conviction so I’m not surprised that he can’t get the players motivated. Of the other names I know only what I’ve read on here. Maric coaches an u19 team. Sounds like a gamble. Still has a question mark about his attitude. Sounds like a gamble. Saw Moyes as the type of manager we needed when he was at Everton. When we finally got him despite the Man Utd "blip" (I thought it was a blip anyway). I was convinced he would do a good job and really cement us as a team that didn't look over their shoulder at relegation and sat comfortably mid table with a decent cup run here and there! ****ing hell how wrong could I be? The **** downed tools before he had remembered his password to login to the work computer ffs! How he got away unscathed without any **** sticking to him I don't know, some of them signings he made should have caught tbe attention of the media and made it clear it was a man barely going through the motions and then he topped it off by declaring a relegation battle about 3 matches in! To top it all off he has done a good job at the bubble lovers! So shows up even more that he thought he was above trying at SAFC.
Would happily have him on the coaching staff as a striker coach…as we are utterly ****e in that area. As head coach though? Not a bloody chance.
