The thing is that caused a butterfly effect, as enough players were appealing instead of tracking back that it created space

Hardly the first time that's happened, not just this season but in general given the same scenario played out during Poch's tenure as much as it did Redknapp's

Not in Conte's, though. We never bothered with that whole "Getting into the final third" thing under him...

We haven't been good enough, simple as. But FFS.... a disallowed goal, one penalty (possibly two) not given, two free headers for Romero missed and Son missed when it's easier to score!! <doh>
Gonna have to be one helluva comeback <laugh>

Bringing on Maddison might be an idea, too

...wait, you're saying he's on the pitch?

if feel like we have a list of reasons like this in every big game we play. We’re either really unlucky, or we’re just not very good.

0-3 - so no point in Hojbjerg staying on. Get Sarrs energy and bring Richy on to try and lead a line. Sonny is not at the races again, so might even sacrifice him.

    Pathetic.

Big questions have to be asked of Ange. For me he’s looking out of his depth. Clueless and arrogant is not a good mix

Vicario is a good gk, no doubt, but he's got to dominate his line and the 6 yard box. He's a big lad FFS, do shouldn't be bullied.

Stupid game this football lark, how we are losing this game 3 - 0 is beyond me, not created a great deal but right in their faces and on top yet we concede from 2 corners and a goal on the break. whilst we have wasted 2 gilt edged chances, just gotta hope that this doesn't turn into a a proper thrashing.

I don’t think we have been that bad from a football perspective, but we simply can’t defend. It’s every week we give away sloppy goals and until we stop that, we won’t be anywhere close to where we want to be.

This is the thing with the "You have to make your own luck" sentiment

In terms of Son's shot or Cuti's headers that sentiment counts as acting that fraction of a second earlier or being that little bit braver can tip the balance in our favour

In terms of Michael Oliver and his Crayola set poring over footage looking for an excuse to not give us a goal (just like he did when Sonny put us 2-0 up against Chelsea earlier this season, until he spent five minutes deciding otherwise) then there's no way to get around that - though that doesn't excuse the players losing focus by getting distracted by Oliver being a ****, just like it shouldn't at any other point in the last 15 years the exact same scenario has played out with the likes of Clattenberk or Twatkinson yet that keeps happening

What happened to man marking? Must be better than the current setup. Not even going to start on men on the posts but no one does that anymore anyway.

Might be a bit of an over reaction but then you've not been sold on him. But I get the anger...it's the 3rd out of the 4 NLDs we ain't been nearly good enough
