Too many stupid blatant fouls by Williams for my liking and he has to cut them out of his play as it is a negative against him.

Our decision making further up the pitch needs addressing imo.. so many opportunities go astray.. lacks quality.. get that sorted and we will be a very decent side..
The run goes on, must be the best in quite a while!!
Well done Liam and the team

A solid enough performance today and we stroked the ball around with some authority and class. The defensive mistakes late in games have almost vanished but my biggest concern going forward is the fact that we lack a true centre forward who can grab 15/16 goals in a season along with another who can net at least 10 onion bag breakers. Decision making is a weak point and there were many today that with a little more experience could have got us another 2 goals today and that's the kind of effort we have to have for a season long campaign to mount a challenge. I am warming up to Liam and some of the changes I have seen under his management style could prove to be the difference next time out but only as long as we shore up the weaknesses that still linger. An O.K. campaign that could have been so much better but that's what you expect from Bristol City. Have a great summer one and all. :emoticon-0100-smile

    Rotherham were awful.
That said Twine was by far our best player, a brilliant performance albeit against a relegated side.
Hard to watch 2nd half, looked like a training match.

Oh........and Mehmeti is nothing but a show pony.

As you say Redprintt Mehmeti is a showboat with very little else to offer. I would rather like to think he may be gone this summer and his salary spent on someone who can actually score 8 or 10 goals, but who knows what decisions will be made?

Twine’s goal was superb - Beckham would have been proud of that one.
Not sure we deserved the penalty to be honest. I didn’t think their keeper touched him. He took about 3 steps then dived.
Still, balanced against all the genuine penalties that we have NOT been awarded when they should have been, we will need to be awarded about 200 dodgy ones to even it out!!

A decent win, but a penalty and a free kick goal. Does it cover up our inability to score in open play, even against a poor Rochdale side. We had chances, but weren’t able to convert any.

Story of our season tbh. The midfield and forward line need some adjustments over the summer. The defence is sound, and will have more competition when Atkinson and Naismith are fit again.

Naismith needs moving on with Wells and Cornick -Williams will probably go and Bird will replace him.Love James to stay on reduced wages very important player thought he was mom yesterday was everywhere and everything was going through him.
Two new strikers Conway will be off and an attacking midfielder.Another quality keeper if funds avaliable.
