9 times we have conceded 3 or more goals this season. 9 bloody times. Simply not good enough when your defence is full of international players in the ****ing Championship. That is mostly on Martin I’m afraid

If Martin hasn’t got the capability of getting the players up for the play off’s I think he will be in trouble. He won’t have as good as a squad as this next season in the Championship and a change may be on the cards.

Whilst I get the sentiment, there's no point calling for his head at this stage. It won't happen, and whether you want him out or not, getting a new manager with new ideas and beliefs before our biggest games in years would (in my opinion) be suicide. Its Martin or die (unfortunately for now)
When managers keep coming out with the bollocks he does,fans start to turn. We’re not stupid. When a performance is **** and gutless say it as it is. This constant **** if they take their chances but we didn’t is a bit thin after this.

Let's be realistic. He's not going before the end of the season. Maybe in the summer. As for who would replace him, haven't the club said they want a consistent identity and style to avoid a repeat of the problems we had chopping and changing last season? So presumably it would be another manager with a posession-based style.
It would but we have no chance of winning the playoffs with Martin in charge. All a team has to do to beat his “style” is be slightly compact and play on the counter. We have no answer for it.
