Bastard. Always the good ones. None of my players have wanted out thus fair. Jonas was unsettled but he decided to stay in the end. And Sammy too () And yeah I was thinking that as I was writing it, surprised no one picked up on it
I had to restard my first toon career mode after about 6 months because Sammy refused to sign a new contract
It's no fun if we point out every single possible euphemism, okay well maybe it is... Got to let you get away with a few to give you a sense of security. Sammy hates me in what little I've played of career mode
I was absolutely gutted when he refused to sign the contract and became unsettled for ages. Got him down to a new contract eventually though. Not sure what I would have done if he left
Sammy's so irritating on mine! I've played him once, and now he wants to play every game, expecting me to drop Ben Arfa, my pro, or Jonas just to fit him in! (I'm not gonna play him up front, he's ****e there! )
After a few pints i decided to switch Fifa ultimate team on. I thought i was offering Pato and 50k for IF Neymar 85 (fair offer) but my IF ramires was added as well. Needless to say they accepted, gutted. Has anyone had any decent players from them packs? Man, i must have opened 30 premium gold packs and always got a crock of crap in them
it's probably me to be honest, i just cannot play against the computer on any difficulty really! I find Sammy is decent enough, he seems to be good at just drifting around the pitch when he's got the ball, he (i) just can't finish for ****!
Am I the only one who hasnt got a bastard Sammy? Never played him except in **** cup games and he doesnt care! Jonas left me though.. said he was homesick and ended up going to Athletic Madrid.
Non-Fifa question (shock horror): Does anyone know if Dragon Age: Origins for the Xbox is any good? Considering getting 1 and 2 at the same time and playing them in order. I did this with Mass Effect and Bioshock and had good fun with them so considering it for these two games.
Well I had a look before and it's a different kind of game on xbox (the first one). You control your guy and kill using buttons rather than overhead killing (you still order other people and stuff), story and all the other aspects are still there. Why is the second one bad?
It's not a different game on console, it's a castrated game. You can use the over the shoulder view on PC too, but the strategic overview is far better (and not on console). DA2 basically ****s all over what DA:O was, a tactical pause-and-play RPG in which you control several characters and progressed through an open world, to a button spamfest against waves of enemies with control over just one character following a linear path.
Does anyone think it would be wrong if Saylor had a higher interception rating on Fifa than Colo? Colo is the better all round player, but Saylor has put in some many blocks this season, that I personally think Saylor's rating for interceptions should be a bit higher. The way he reads the situation and times his blocks is just exceptional.
Colo's reading of the game is far superior to Saylor's (and i'm talking about the real world). Saylor is exceptional at last ditch defending, today he was superb, but rather than stopping attacks at source he has to rescue the team with heroic blocks.
Ah, thanks anyway 'A Button Spamfest' can be entertaining if you don't buy those sort of games, and I'm guessing the story is still good (I'm a story person who likes to ask all the questions available to gather loads of info on something that is a game, hence, games like Oblivion take forever), so I'll probably still get it and enjoy it.
