Yeah I was just thinking this. If people say Leicester are a PL team playing in the Championship then this sort of game/performance doesn’t bode well if we do go up. They had 9 shots inside 20 mins. But as you say surely the players aren’t as up for it as Leicester’s

 

Showed more attacking intent in 30 seconds since goal than rest of match.

 

Hard to get riled up about the goal when it’s utterly deserved tbh, we have been ****.

 

Russ needs to worry more about his tactics than arguing about a perceived foul.

 

They should be out of sight.

 

The goal came from a risky pass out from the back.....

 

This could be another 9 at this rate tbh.

We look ****ing awful

 

And the fact we have a makeshift midfield 3 clearly isn't helping.

I do worry for us if we lose Downes next season. His importance to the way we play is huge.

 

We play the same style but the difference in the speed they move the ball forward and the support they get forward as well puts them streets ahead of us.

 

He hasn’t looked bothered for awhile in my view. One of the risks of loan players. The chance against Cardiff sort of summed it up for me

 

I don't particularly subscribe to the idea of not wanting promotion because I've enjoyed the Championship.

Well you say we look awfu and I don't disagree but most games we play like Leicester and we are the dominant team and you still think we are ****.

 

Our form since the end of the unbeaten run really makes me think we would be straight back down if we went up without a significant change.

That said we need to go up for financial reasons as much as anything else.

 

When have we ever played like leicester? We never have that intensity

How many games against teams in the top 6 have we won. I can only think of the home game against Leeds. I bet Ipswich wish they playing us on the last game of the season instead of Leeds
