Don't even begin to compare with any of the weekly Tory scandals, including CCHQ not just knowing, but taking secret legal advice on Menzies to establish whether his misuse of campaign funds left both Menzies and the Tory Party exposed to criminal fraud, or just Menzies himself. They sought this advice THREE MONTHS AGO. Question: should they publish this legal advice, as per Desperate Dan Hodges' hectoring, bullying calls for Rayner to publish her advice?
