Ending the season like a fart trailing off affects what we can do in the close season. Our decent reputation has been torpedoed in the last six months.

Pleased that is over tbh. Genuinely awful watch. As others have said, our form has been nothing short of desperate. We have gone from being one of the most exciting teams in the league last season, who Sky couldnt get enough of, to a drab, dull and ponderous side who dont threaten much at all. It is really tough to watch. I know where I think the season was ruined but it has been done to death. What is clear now, to me anyway, is unless we find a serious head coach with significant know how, nous, and talent then this group of players will continue to drift. Rudderless. I think some of the lads brought in this last season have been miles off the level needed, and without a coach to steer them properly about in game stuff they are lost. They can be individually ok but no idea on being part of a team. Dodds has really not helped himself imo. That sort of formation in a game like this, not for me. Naieve I think as to what was required and the opportunities Milwall would offer. I am beginning to wonder if he has what it takes to be here next season.

Team selections all season have been way off kilter, we need a coach badly, still the nucleus of a decent team there imo.,but the short comings are so glaringly obvious and need addressing.

Shows what I know FFS. At least this should be the end of 'does Dodds deserve the job' comments/rumours.
The pair need to go, BUT, I have a feeling Dodd's will be staying if KS is still here. And to all you red and white tinted glasses wearers, we are a soft touch, we have no creation, no hunger to win, and even less bottle. BUT defend KS and his hangers on all you like, we are ****e, a couple of draws and a very rare win was papering over the cracks. He aint what you think he is.
