All about getting the steps in. And not eating but that’s ****. An extra 4000 or so steps a day makes it bearable.
I use the punch bag on rest days or a boxing bar which is good fun...not always going crazy and walk the dog on evenings... I've dropped from 25% to 19% since early January so I should hit about 15% in time for summer. I actually love this **** when I get going, but I absolutely hate it when someone orders a pizza.
I've always been running regularly but I fcked off the gym years back. 3 months ago decided to do weights at home. Incredible how you can work out pretty much every area of the body using free weights and barbell just by finding **** on YouTube. Feels fcking great tbh. Trickiest ones to tone or bulk up as effectively as the gym I've found are Lats and Hamstrings.
I've been a lazy bastard over winter... Motivation to jump on the spin bike at 8pm has been almost none existent. Need to drop a stone and the weather is improving so started getting some more opportunistic XC rides in... Moors and forests are drying up slightly. I'm just depressingly slow.
The weather has been brutal man. I do all of my exercise outdoors as I can't stand the gym. Surf has been crap, cold and windy. And the moors where I ride is like that ****ing bog from Never ending story Bike is in the shop as a result right now, needs a new hub, bottom bracked, cassette, front ring, chain, front wheel hub bearings..... I need some sunshine !
I've been cutting for about 3 months mate and I'm close to my goal.. it's difficult at my age to get sub 15% body fat... I'm 17 at the moment... not lost much muscle either so it's going quite well. I'm fit rather than big though... feel like **** some days...had like one cheat meal in 3 months.
That’s good going. I’m cutting too but haven’t been as dedicated. Four weeks til I go away now so if I hit it hard I’ll do 5kg and that’ll do. Changed my workouts to more volume five times a week from going heavy four times and feel a lot better for it.
May tomorrow guys. Do you want to be as fat as the fattest grot family from Glasgow by the pool in a few months or do you want to be marginally less hideous? Now is the time to get on the chicken breasts and weights. Let’s get it.
Already been on it. Currently approaching sexual adonis status. There's a section of my wardrobe where if I can get in to those garms I know I'm hitting my goals. Looking good atm.
Going away on the 17th so Monday-Friday for now it’s gonna be black coffee in the morning. Maybe porridge with some protein chucked in if I’m desperate or a shake. Chicken and pittas/sweet potato with a bit of veg/salad around midday. Yoghurt/protein/berries around 4 Meat, potato, veg for dinner. Some fruit in the evening. Bare water. A few diet cokes. Try not to go mad at the weekend. Will have a few drinks in Coventry on Saturday. I know you weren’t asking me.
Have had a mad few weeks and even this week is my eldest 18th which will involve meal out Friday with beers, then his mates over after the match Saturday for barbecue (hopefully) and more beers, before they go out. Feel I can't get away from alcohol at the minute, it's a genuine issue! Will be monastic all this week up till Friday though. Gym tonight, Tuesday and Wednesday I hope, then home Thursday for a cricket match. After this weekend, there's two weeks with **** all in the social calendar thankfully. But then it's Spring BH weekend followed by golf tour in Lisbon so it all goes tits up again.
