Probably the most player’s we’ve had available all season (there hasn’t actually been any update on Furlong as far as I’m aware)… James Furlong - Knee - Out until April Anass Zaroury - Doubt for Watford. Lewie Coyle - Back for Watford game. Ryan Giles - Back for Watford game. Sean McLoughlin - Back for Watford game.
Didn’t Furlong play the other week for the 21s? Edit - he played against Curacao so presuming he’s fit now
To my knowledge, there's been no recent update on Furlong at all, the last we heard was he'd be back in April (but that was a couple of months ago).
Could be correct. Don't think he's in the running to feature regardless though. Reckon he'll go out on loan next year.
You're right that there's been no official update, but I think that's only because he's a bit irrelevant to the first team picture. As Newcastle says, he played against Curaçao so he's clearly over that injury he sustained at Birmingham.
He's the new Brian Lenihan... oh I do hope not, that was pretty crappy for a young lad. Mind you Joe Dudgeon landed on his feet after it happened to him.
Updated - No actual news on Furlong, but he wouldn't play anyway and Zaroury is due back for Ipswich... James Furlong - Knee - Out until April (no actual update) Anass Zaroury - Groin - Expected back for Ipswich.
Zaroury will still be missing for Plymouth. A couple of others are carrying knocks and may well also miss out, but it's not thought Omur is one of them.
Zaroury just hasn't worked out. After 5 minutes and a wonder shot crashing off the crossbar it looked like we'd signed an absolute worldie, but more often than not he became a player who was getting in other's way. Haven't missed him since he became injured and that says it all. Report: Worth a try, didn't work. Endex.
