I just don't think it was working for Cole at City, I wouldn't even count Grealish in it, not every class player can fit in the same squad, no matter how much a master a manager is because you can only ever start eleven, well unless City cheat and start with 12 of course. For me it worked out better for Cole Palmer this way.
