Krul - 10 - MotM. Legend. End of
Simpson - 8 - Strong display. Young got past him a few times, but Simpson held his fround well. Match saving stop as well
S.Taylor - 8.5 - Another good display, although he gave away the free kick which led to their goal
Colo - 9 - A rock
Raylor - 7 - Beaten a lot by Nani. Looked very shaky first half, but had a far better second half
Obertan - 7.5 - Ripped them to shreds at times in the first half. Disappeared in the second (while he was on). Final ball still lacking
Cabaye - 7.5 - Unfair yellow card and seemed to be pulling the strings
Guthrie - 7.5 - Another good performance from a player proving many doubters wrong
Jonas - 6.5 - Disappointing. lost the ball a lot and made one too many fouls which ultimatley led to his early bath
Ben Arfa - 8 - Still not quite at his best, but improving every match. His ball to Ba in the first half was sublime
Ba - 7.5 - Feeding on scraps most of the game, but did his job well. Good penalty too.

Sammyobi - 6 - Got found out a couple times, but overall a decent performance
Perch - 6.5 - Didn't balls up and score an own goal pr get a yellow. Thats a good game for Perch
Lovenkrands - N/A - didn't even see him. Did he get on?

Krul - 11/10. What else can be said about this man?
Simpson - Started off slow imo but just for the clearence he's getting a 9/10
Taylor - Some quality blocks, unlucky with the goal 8/10
Colo - Kept appearing with the ball and cutting out their attacks. Solid 8/10
Taylor - One of his weaker games and got caught out a lot first half 6/10
Obertan - Direct and glad to have him back. Lacking a final ball though as per usual - 7/10
Cabaye - Love this guy 8/10
Guthrie - Good solid game, can't fault him 8/10
Guti - Poor game by his standards and unlucky with the red card 6/10
Arfa - Good run for the pen. Dissappeard a bit start of second half but seems to link up well with Ba-7/10
Ba - Held the ball up well, nice pen. Didn't get as many chances as usual but tried his little socks off - 8/10

Sammy - Can't remmeber much about him so 6/10
Loverkrands - Did he even come on? 4/10
Perch - 12/10 Just because he's Perch

Deffinitely dont agree with the highlighted..

Simmo was at least a 7 for me, played well, cleared off the line made some last ditch tackles.. slightly caught out at the end but thats it.

Jonas was a 5 at most, genuinally didnt see him offer anything all game apart from the usual free kick winning, then gets sent off.

Obertan played better than a 6 as well,to say you think Jonas and Obertan got the same rating is ridiculous.

Tell you what, Obertan's crossing is definitely improving.

 

Further proof he's a confidence player. Had one good cross against Stoke and all of a sudden he looks like he's actually aiming for people now. Impressed.

He's actually floating them instead of just drilling them into the box now, he was very good today, disappointed when he went off.

 

Obertan had a good game, impressed with him today.

 

Who else saw that amazing Chip from Ben Arfa that Ba missed. He's feeding him with some great balls.

 

Exactly. As much as I love Best, it makes me happy to Ben Arfa linking up with Ba more and more each game.

Subs
Sammy - 3. Just didn't do enough tackling/holding up.
Perch - 6 - didn't do anything stupid.
Lover - didn't see him actually do anything.

 

I was ****ting it when Simpson was hurt and we had all 3 subs on, thought we were going to be a 4-3-1 for 10 minutes

 

This,in the first half he was just as good as Nani if not better!

 

It took a slight deflection if you see closely.

But still there link-up play is improving per game.
