Biggest job is replacing the soffits and facia boards right around the house and replacing the glass in most of the windows. Gonna cost £1k to scaffold the house for 2 days to do the job. **** that for a lark.
I'm only doing a Spring clean with the kids and it's proper sweats. Fcking horrible job but feeling a sense of accomplishment. The 'accomplishment' being they did most of it whilst I "directed" and ate Doritos. But they gots to learn, this will hold them in good stead for later life.

Yeah, I built that roof when I built the extension. Was a flat roof that needed lifting to get the ceiling height required. Did the joinery, tiles, velux, the lead work and the tiles. One of the most physically demanding jobs I've ever done. I'll be fine...
