You’d have to start buying it first. I’d be all in favour of people stopping buying fast fashion, it’s ****e anyway, but sadly in this country it’s often a race to the bottom.
He does have a point. If migrants have been smoking regularly and suddenly are faced with difficulty in purchasing tobacco, what will they do? The indigenous population will have been able to adjust. It's just the same as how some migrants have difficulty controlling themselves when they see women who are not covered up from head to toe.
