Quiz Question: Who were the only three teams in our league to gain 6 points over Easter? No looking up - answers on a postcard.
Top answer HB - go to the top of the class Just been listening to the Second Tier podcast and they didn't even mention us as a relegation prospect!! They're tipping it to be two from Hudds, SW and Plymouth. Even when pushed, they reluctantly suggested Brum, Stoke and Blackburn. We weren't even in the conversation!! It's funny how most of us on here won't be convinced of our safety until we're either up to 50-52 points or mathematically safe (the latter being obvious of course). I actually believe that if we get 4 points in our next two games, we'll be safe - as that means both SW and Plymouth have been denied 3 points. Win both and the players can start booking their summer holidays. Wouldn't that be amazing - not really needing wins in our last 4 games!!
I've always had a good feeling about us and Easter, 1993's Ferdinand hatricks against Forest & Everton and of course 1986 against Chelsea. Fortunately selective memory and bank holiday alcohol have allowed me to forget all the others!
The most streamed song in history has 4.2 BILLION listens…..so far. I have never (consciously) heard it. Name the song and who it is by.
Was going to guess the birthday song but looked it up and a bit surprising. It’s an ok song but bit weird it’s number one.
Nope It’s now a matter of honour for me to never hear the whole thing (not saying it’s a bad song), I’ve heard the intro and it’s very similar to a much older song, though I think they diverge pretty sharpish.
My son had just told me it's probably the Wknd (sp) with Blinding Lights. Not sure I've heard it, but I guess I have. Assuming I'm right I'll post another question. How many languages are spoken in New York? This is according to the guide on the boat, so not verifiable. Nearest wins but within 20 will do.
That’s the one. Apparently it happened during lockdown. I reckon a relatively small number of people listened to it on a loop for a year.
