2 good showings back to back, happy for him to join permanently, won’t cost the earth and a very handy utility player

He’s 100% got a place here and I’m happy for him to stay in the coaching staff just don’t think he’s the answer long term

Well that's another manager I've not been impressed with.

I spent the first half trying to figure out what he was trying to do, so did his players by the look of it.

His subs made very little difference and he walked straight down the tunnel after the game.

Another attention seeker who's nowhere near as clever as he thinks.

No, Dont think he is strong enough, coach is his limit, and not the head coach

Completely agree. He has one hell of an engine and a very good delivery of set pieces. Definitely a player we should be signing at the end of the season.

Disciplined performance, we looked a solid unit defensively and well drilled.

A great base to build on

Solid performance, great shape out of possession and very willing runners when we lose the ball. Hard to break down.

I am not a fan of the formation personally. It will make us hard to beat but I dont see it ever giving us the sort of attacking brand I would prefer to see. So much football these days is played through lines not round them. I think our success will be built on players like Neil, Rigg, Ekwah, Bellingham in that central zone, along with inside forwards. Dont blame for Dodds for doing some basics though and stopping the rot, it is good coaching on his part. I do also still think Hume will better as a CB not FB. He is starting to be a much better player on the ball, passing is sharper.

I agree on Styles. We would be mad not to bring him in. Experience and quality. He is another who will shine in tight spaces in midfield imo.

Enjoying some of the salty comments on twatter from the WBA fans

'If there had been more added time they would have scored'
'We win that with 11 players on the pitch'
    'Sunderland were bang average'
'Up to the sending off we played them off the park '

No points are awarded for ifs, buts and maybes. Cheers for the 6 points lads

I think we are heading to a 343, 3,5,2, 3,5,1,1, 433 formation, just seems to suit us

They had a lot of the ball but only threatened from a set piece and we were getting a lot of joy down the right when it was 11v11 and we kept threatening to send Jobe through 1on1. Was an even game at 11v11 in my opinion.
