Match Preview;
So, time to head in the opposite direction...far south west on Tuesday night, far north east on Saturday. Here's hoping for a very different outcome. Tuesday night wasn't pretty...blame Begovic for the flap, blame Dykes for his lack of movement, blame Smyth for missing his chances...makes no difference, we've got to sort it out, and fast. I'm hoping they've had some very productive training sessions since Tuesday, and they have a plan in place to actually cut through the opposition defence, as opposed to just play the ball sideways in front of them then give it away.
As for our opponents, Hull City, they'd drawn 3 and then lost 2 before getting back to winning ways against Cardiff last Saturday. Their top scorer is Jaden Philogene with 9 goals, but the January loan signing of Carvalho from Liverpool has been a massive boost for them, and he's scored 7 in 14 games. They now sit 10th, 7 points off 6th place, and so unlikely to get into the playoffs, but a win will give them a slight sniff if results go their way.
Team news and manager comments to go up when on the official, enjoy if you are making the trip, and as always...
...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!
