Sounds like the trees are looking at the quick breaks and pace over our defence. Gunther getting some stick.
I'm here in Cheshire listening on radio wales. Sounds like two teams feeling each other out. Starting to settle down.
H, too far removed to know the reason he gets stick. Rumour has it he slagged either the club or fans when he left. Not sure if there is any truth in it or not. Will the mid-week game have an impact today? Even though fitness levels are good we still have a small squad and rest is vital.
3 points would be welcome today. A few of the teams around us playing each other either today or in mid-week.
taff, I cant remember anything but too long ago now for me to remember anyway 3 out at the moment but hopefully all back soon but what we see today is basically what we've got. 2 tough games coming up too. Extra time v Blackburn could be a factor Agree remote, 3 pts will be welcome as we're not playing Champ Tues so be good to stay in the mix
2 ex city players on the scoresheet in the Dundee v Falkirk, Gavin Rae for Dundee and Rhys Weston for Dundee although he's a Falkirk player
Hudson with a tweak but expected back for Blackburn, Kiss with a minor pull and had a late fitness test for today and Rudy back in training after a hammy. MM was worried about the number of soft tissue injuries and has modified some of the training apparently. You know you are going to get injuries, but as long as they are minor and only a week or two we'll be OK. We have cover in most areas though not that much depth. If we can see out the next 5 weeks and still be top 6-8 I can see a couple of additions in Jan. 2-4 players should see us through to the end of the season. If we don't go up, we'll have a strong nucleus to build for next season. With us going 451 / 433, we probably need another genuine target man, 2 wide men and possibly a LB. After that it's about replacing a player with a better player. Regarding today's game, we created a few chances in the last 10 mins but lacked a little composure. MM seems to have worked out how to get behind Forrest. I can see us winning this. Earnie on for the last 10. He's bound to score against his old team.
