Unfortunately, we can implement these things but as we are responsible for less than 1% of emissions it will not make one iota of difference until the biggest polluters, USA, China, India and Russia do the same. Which will not be any time soon.
I like to look at many things before i buy them My step daughter orders things and then when she sees them she sends them back. No wonder we are all going to drown!
But the climate scarers say that it's the west's fault that China and India have such high emissions It's Ukraine's fault for Russia's emissions because they have resisted the invasion
I think I’ve got the grasp of it. For the planet to be better off, or indeed saved from total destruction, IKEA need to pull their finger(s) out and build more stores. Preferably no more than 15 miles apart, 20 at a push. Not rocket science is it? What if they run out of Dime bars though, the diddy ones? On second thoughts, this hasn’t been thought through properly…..FFS, back the drawing board.
The better option is to not shop at Ikea. Their sofa's are poorly made, won't last a few years, and you'd be much better off buying something better quality.
Aww, look who's being clever. Nah, you'll need a little chip implanted in your brain at birth. Everything is digital these days.
what's the point if we are all going to drown? the only time I have bought a sofa was when I got one that would convert into a bed when I lived in a two bedroom flat I have bought a bed and office chairs from Ikea and I think they were very well designed and made. If I do buy another sofa it will be an electric one.
