Its the same every time Rangers get a penalty, can’t get a penalty without it leading to week long inquests. Only in this backwards wee country would a penalty being given for a thigh high tackle in the box be seen as controversial.

They seem to be of the thinking that because Johnston touches the ball he can’t have committed a foul, with that reasoning as long as you touch the ball you can basically get away with anything after that, kick or wrestle your opponent to the ground as long as you touch the ball first

 

Should add that Silva definitely goes down theatrically, he did a few times during the match which was embarrassing, but thats a pen all day long
