The commentary team said it had a feel of a game with nothing at stake. Very scrappy from both sides, really low on quality, but 3 clean sheets on the bounce and 7 points from the last 9. Some on here said we wouldn’t get any from those 3 games….
Roberts had a mare today, Vyner other than a few dodgy passes was outstanding along with Max. Overall we were lucky to come away with a point. Haven't they any waste bins in Sunderland ? Bloody disgusting.
The mere thought of having to go into another off season expecting things to change next time out has become a bit of a bad joke and although I do like a joke I tend to say f*** a pantomime. Most of those out there today are not fit for purpose, despite comments made by others, and the fact that they look absolutely lost at this level has to mean a major clearance sale during the summer. Unless our owner is finally prepared to face the music and admit that this constant mediocrity is unacceptable then the chance of a miracle happening is rather like booking a return ticket on the Titanic. The cold hard facts are that we are a club without any leadership, both on and off the field, and having been a follower of Bristol City for over 50 years I know how to suck it up but this has now become a nightmare of horrendous proportions. Hearing the groans from us is not truly listening to the vibes and outrage coming down from the seats, and despite committing to better communications the rot continues unabated and is likely to remain the same for eternity or longer. A shameful performance that has been mirrored throughout the seasons and expecting it to get better hurts like hell. Perhaps this game will be labelled the "Rubbish Match" and shamefully we contributed a lot of the mess.
