Good goal from them there to be fair. Slater's not a right back so you can't really have a go. We'll concede goals though - which is why we need to keep attacking with pace and with a direct element. Morton wasted a 3 vs 2 a moment ago which was really well worked. With more time attacking with this intensity we'll convert more of those efforts. How we've attacked today so far needs to become the new normal.
Because...wait for it...he's a central midfielder. Why didn't he play Jacob at right back and Greaves at left back with Macca and Jones in the centre. Good goal that though.

I like Slater and his versatility is useful but he really struggles in those defensive 1-v-1s against wingers. He’s not a right-back. It’s a shame because he’s played well today and even against Leeds but in both games he’s been beaten in 1-v-1s that has resulted in us conceding. Good goal by Philogene though as I’m typing hahaha.
