My son said that he thinks Bamford is the worst forward he’s ever seen. Typical that we’ll **** up the chance we’ve been given
We need to be a hell of a lot better in the second half or we will lose this game and we can not afford it. This first half we have been sheit.
Really is time for Joseph to be given a run. Bamford’s misses arguably got us relegated and are in danger of stopping us getting promoted.
Probably fair to say we’ll see no more decent footie this season. This is three rubbish games in a row. Have to somehow battle wins from them all
We haven't been great but the conditions certainly looked in Coventrys favour. Hopefully it's our turn 2nd half. A draw is enough today with two home fixtures coming but our form and open play looks quite a way off what it was a few weeks ago. We are relying on individuals to pull us out of the hole again.
Started well, poor defendingvand keeping for their goal. Bamford as won feck all, gave them the ball, not sure he's found one of our players yet, needs subbing. Rutter making too many wrong choices and losing the ball too often, right at the end of the 45 there was an easy pass out to James who was free but he decides to turn into one of their players and lose the ball. Most of the Coventry pressure has come from Rutter losing the ball.
Don't think we have played to bad but the conditions haven't help and the wind is taking everything away from us. we trying to be to precise nobody wants to shoot its all pass pass pass around the box have a feckin whallop man. Cov done feck all to be honest but lead 1 nowt I'm hoping the wind in the 2nd half will play to our advantage and we will get onto balls that the first half blew away. The worry is if we push to high one of their players might get onto a wind assistant through ball. Kamara just doesn't want to do anything with the ball and Bamford can't get onto any of the balls Cry started well but he died off. Georgi has lost the ball on some many occasions still thinking the 2nd half wind will benefit us more.
