Best goal we’ve scored all season as a team. The weight of the passes by Ömür and then Tufan to Carvalho was brilliant. Good first time finish under pressure too.
We’ve shown the ability to play at that tempo a number of times over the season. We just do not do it consistently/at all.
It's another half where Fabio's not done much for about 95% but boy can he finish. Starting to find the balance now but we persisted with Zaroury and Sharp over Tufan and Omur for too long
I know hes not the most talented or popular and takes a bashing now and again but Slater deserves more credit, yeah he gave away the pen but hes played in a great number of positions for us and is generally solid, even the Cardiff commentator mentioned he's an underrated player in the championship
That half went well. Key thing for me is that our attacking players have seen much more of the ball than they normally get to, I guess it allows them to really tune in instead of feeling pressure to make things happen with more limited time on the ball.
yeah looks like they are playing like Rosenior has been trying and training them to play how he knows they can .
It’s only half time, and it’s only one game - but this is why I still cling onto hope that Rosenior can have us challenging for promotion. That was some lovely play for the second goal thats not easy to coach. Fingers crossed we get the consistency to go alongside it.
There’s others who’ve been quieter. He needs balls played into tight areas as his feet either link up with others or he wins a foul. 2nd goal is him at his best
