I just don't see this coach being injured as a big issue mate.

    I think you’re right.

The fact i would like to highlight is the criticism aimed at Howe is fair and balanced.

If we are to be a progressive club we have to accept that mistakes will be made.

But at the same time lessons must be learned.

My frustration lies with this point. Howe has done fantastic brilliant but this season he hasn’t progressed for whatever reason.

Thats not me bedwetting that’s just a fact.

Let’s tone this whole forum down and just accept that we are in a much better place than we were 3 years ago.

I love your attention to detail when it comes to the officials.

It’s absolute class mate. You genuinely don’t trust them do you.

    Me neither.

I agree but it’s a two way street. Our side is right. There’s is wrong.

Knee injury in the last training session on trip to Dubai. Obviously not as important as a player and being just Joe Public has had to wait 2 weeks for his doctors appointment <laugh>

Just put him down. He isn’t important. That’s Howe the Saudis work right.

What’s your thoughts on the FFP rumours mate. You think it will benefit us?

Something somewhere has to happen, not just for our club but the whole of football.

Clubs are starting to sell for ridiculous amounts of money. The pool of people and organisations either able to or wanting to own a club is small and the more restrictions in place will get smaller.

Weather PL clubs want to admit it or not, related party transaction bans was a dumb move. I can see why they attempted it but it's a restriction of trade. Why would you buy a club to not advertise or promote your other brands??????

At the same time I think clubs should be protected from going overboard to either reach the PL, stay in the PL or challenge at the top end of the PL. Some form of restriction needs to be in place to stop clubs taking out ridiculous and unsustainable debt. Hence where my escrow argument has come in.

The Luxury tax element is an interesting proposition, but I'd far rather the money went to the entire football pyramid and filtered in grass roots than stay in the PL.

Again, the idea of that money staying in the PL is simply a carrot to offer more money to the poorer owners who can then at least make some coin out the game. Just my view.

My other thoughts are that the PL takes over the EFL. Call it PL2,3, and 4 and this stops the constant niggling between the PL and EFL governing bodies. The governing body should stick to organising the matches and officials, and implementing the rules which should be the same for everyone and written down. They should have zero to do with the commercial side and business side of the clubs.

The other thing that needs to be taken into consideration with something Chaos mentioned on another thread was that the slimy 6 don't like us. Which was certainly true previously.

However Chelsea's owner needs our owners and J.W. Henry is desperate to get involved with golf, so therefor is now trying to suck up to our owners too. Abu Dhabi has always been like a little brother with it's relationship to Saudi so City are quite pally these days and I've read Spurs have been in talks with ruler of Um Al Quwain (Arab Emirate). So things seem to be progressing at getting this lot on board with votes etc.

There comes a point when billionaires need to realise they need other billionaires to sell their goods to.

I like all of this. But it’s just a bit too sensible.

    The PL don’t like that.

You should seriously get your are down to London and make this happen.

    Your country needs you.

    and inflation’

There's a **** load of other niggly things too that need looked at mate. The fact that you can play an away game in a cup against lower league opposition and no VAR is used, then it gets used if at home is ****ing mental. The PL should have paid to have this ****e installed at every professional ground in the country.

Stopping a coach and manager in the technical area at the same time was utterly ridiculous and just shows the depths that Masters allows some of this **** to plummet to.

Newly promoted clubs not allowed the same loss adjustment as established clubs - mental.

Relegated clubs getting parachute payments that are twice as much as every other team in the leagues entire tv revenue is mental.

Not having rules and punishments written down - mental.

Different rules to UEFA - mental

Allowing TV companies carte blanche - mental

No I don't, not when you know someone on the inside as well, also when the head of appointments is none other than the Makem ex ref Jonathan Moss and his best Mate Martin Atkinson head of Ref training you can see why we seem to get more than a fair share of **** in the middle
Did you know Moss failed to declare to the FA his allegiances to the Makems when he reffed Blackpool v Us in a championship game (2009) which we lost 2-1 with some very dodgy reffing decisions that day
The refs nowadays have been mainly fast tracked through the pyramid system because too many refs retired at the same time when VAR was introduced ( basically the tv cameras would show up their cheating decisions that they got away with for so long) and now they control who goes.where and when
Have ever wondered why we have the likes of no mark league 1 / championship ref Tony Harrington from Hartlepool- ref our game against Everton when you have the likes of Top European / Premier League ref Anthony Taylor as fourth official
I understand refs need experience but you will not see Harrington ref the likes of Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal Chelsea.Spuds in the premier league only Man Utd away at Burnley (hardly a massive game or crowd) this season has been his one and only game involving one of the.entitled 6
Out of 15 games over 3 seasons Harrington has reffed us 3 times with 2 of those games against Everton (not gaining much experience reffing a few games a season and reffing the same games as well)

Whick brings me onto todays ref
    SAM Allison

Fast tracked ??? Check it out
From the Premier League official web site

" Allison was promoted to officiate in the Championship for the 2023/24 season."
and now halfway through the season is then promoted to the premier league
He has only reffed 2 games since boxing day Sheff Utd v Luton and Bournemouth v Luton

"His big moment on Boxing Day came just three days after Rebecca Welch became the first ever woman to referee a Premier League match, on Saturday"
Although Rebecca is a Newcastle Fan this is another tick box exercise fast tracked

Wow you know your stuff mate I give you that. And read this it does sound shocking doesn’t it.

If does make you wonder all those years of dodgy decisions that go against us and the other 13 and the ones that went for the big six.

especially Liverpool getting all of them penalties.
