Cardiff are in pretty good form ATM, 6th in the form table over the last 6 games. We are third in the away form table.... Should be a good game

Had this down as a banker a couple of months ago, if we were to make the top 6 (along with Stoke and Birmingham). How things have changed

If Cardiff set up like they did last time we’ll win comfortably. Think we have to start a striker in this game or we’ll struggle.

Definitely no chance of either making it, but their form has picked up and ours has obviously nosedived since I did my little back of *** packet calculations/assumptions back in February

Even if you’re not sure we’ll do it, keeping the hope alive is a much more pleasurable way to enjoy the rest of the season.

Don't be so daft, we don't need a striker.

And to instill a certain mentality within the players (for the ones that will be here) for the next push.

While it's mathematically possible. We should be all guns blazing!

Serious question....and whilst it's very very very unlikely, where do people think we would finish if we won all our remaining games? Norwich have a couple of fixtures where I can see them dropping points.

    Back the Bid!!!!

    Comfortable 6th. 79 points.

I really hope the fact we need to win just about every game frees up the players and gets us playing some decent exciting attacking football!

It can be done. A win tomorrow and who knows especially with Norwich losing tomorrow to Ipswich at 12.30pm. Delap returns soon which is a massive plus. Never stop dreaming.

Can't see it. Carvalho and Ömür have to start, unless the latter is struggling with fatigue again. Only other way I can see them not being the front two is if Tufan also starts, in which case Ömür would be wide right. Don't see where Ohio , Sharp or Connolly fit in at the moment.

Think playing strikerless suits us in the games like Leeds, Southampton and Leicester because we need to keep the ball when we do get it.

Other games I think we really sell ourselves short not playing one as we’ll have most of the ball anyway against Cardiff.

Interesting stat for me is we’ve won 16 games this season, 13 of the wins have come with an out and out striker on the pitch.

All well and good saying start a striker but when Tufan in the false 9 is more effective than the ones we have available then surely we go with that until Delap is back fit and firing?

IMG_1945.jpeg 'Miles per Gallon' Ohio and Connolly are our best current 'strikers' ;)

I know a few people have mentioned Estupiñán and how we should have kept him in the building, but I sometimes think about Tetteh, and whether he would have been worth keeping. We didn’t see enough of him to really gauge his end product, but he liked to pick up the ball and charge up field in a similar way to Delap.
