Look at last game ffs. No Trippier or Gordon = Significantly less creativity.

Without Trippier we're basically relying on Gordon to win us games now.

We couldn't ****ing score more than 1 goal against a **** side like Everton at home. Isak had to basically do it all himself.

    Nice trolling.

Trippier still has one of the best assist tallies despite being off it for the last few months.

Highest attacking returns of any defender despite doing **** all for 2 months.

He’s the only one taking all set pieces. You’d expect him to be. Murphy, oddly, is much better

Yeah, you're trolling. It's stupid to judge trippier's abilities on his recent issues, everyone has a bad spell.

His crossing leads to goals and his set pieces also. When was the last time we scored from a set piece that wasn't trippiers? I'll wait.

I’m trolling? You’re chatting so much ****. Trippier is a good player. He was amazing last season. This season age has caught up with him.

He had a bad spell of form from decemeber-jan, then started getting attacking returns frequently.

Assist vs Villa, assist and goal vs Luton, assist vs forest and high xA vs Bournemouth.

His age is a factor but the fact that he was able to last as long as he did at times playing 3 games a week is remarkable.

I have no doubt some of our players will be damaged for life physically because of how we've had to force them to play with underlying issues.

Hopefully the line up will be -

    Gordon--------------Isak---------------Murphy
    ----Anderson----Bruno------Willock--------
    Hall---------Burn-------Schar------------Trippier
    ------------------------Dubz---------------------

If Trippier and Gordon are both back we have a good chance.

Isak on red home form basically carrying us right now.

Personally I'd also bin off Dubravka, he's ****. Is Karius really worse?

But we all know Longstaff's playing.

That he was playing 3 times a week with Livramento and Hall available says it all about Howe.

Realistically Livramento is a better player now.

Hopefully Howe gets things going.. having had a think that's what we all need.. he's going nowhere and the clubs miles off.

Some things I say are too strong and they're humans at the end of the day.

That's all we can hope. It's small changes. If there's three games in a week, don't play the same players, rotate a few in and out. Don't allow loyalty and character to cloud judgement on ability. Have two backup plans ready to go - one to preserve energy and defend better, one to chase a game - don't just keep rolling out the same **** if it's not working purely because an iPad says the numbers look good. Give youth a chance, or if they're not good enough stop picking them - a bench is there for a clear reason, that we don't use it is stupid. Bruno isn't a CDM. Burn's not a left back. Krafth, Longstaff, Dummett and Ritchie are nowhere near good enough for the PL. And take a good, long look at the medical team.

He might be, but at least two or three currently playing won't be. I expect a 4 week layoff for Isak isn't going to be long in coming. Suspect Schar and Bruno are both carrying on with niggles.
