Remember he had a bit of a spat (maybe multiple?) with Blackmore earlier this season when Blackmore dared ask a difficult & critical question. Might have been the Bristol home game, but I think it's happened a few times.
Was on a stag do with a load of Irish people a couple of weeks ago and they were asking about Bazunu. Said they had heard rumours Arsenal want him in the summer. Top teams care far more about what a keeper does with his feet than the saves he makes
Yes , but if he goes , who will come in ? we have proven to be poor at selecting managers recently . Who is in charge of selecting the next manager ? I think he deserves another season , if only to provide some continuity . As you are probably aware , I know next to nothing about the game but I do care .
None taken. It’s called opinion. Edit. I said it’s starting to feel like last season, as in the last few games. Not the whole season, which is obviously more entertaining.
Define 'fine' Russell, because not being promoted isn't fine. Losing a play-off is what it is, no one has a divine right to win. But failing to get promoted this season will be devastating for the club.
Yeah, he’s not the keeper we need, as we gift teams pretty straightforward chances far too often, but he does have the skill set the top teams want.
I think he tries to protect his players (except the ones he randomly hangs out to dry *cough Carlos Alcaraz *cough) and tries to create a bit of a siege mentality. Which is a valid way to do things... If your team doesn't have the mental integrity of a steamed lettuce.
Again. It’s very simple, we have been sussed out for sometime by any team with a thinking style of manager. It had to happen as we’ve become so predictable.
