Blackburn have been unlucky recently. They’ve played some good stuff under Eustace without getting wins. Played very well against the Mags (unlike us).

I was really impressed with them against Leicester on Friday so was expecting a loss today as it just felt likely. But definitely not by this much and, worse, in this manner.

I get your point, but you look out there today and there is not a single player on that pitch capable of rallying those young lads. We got rid of anyone capable of playing that part, and I dare bet Evans would have suffered the same fate had he not been injured.
The players have to take accountability for the performance - but this result falls within a totally unacceptable (and avoidable) run of form had we acted seriously within the last 2 transfer markets and made serious managerial decisions.
    Today epitomised it all.

The loans have been a waste of space too.

They played Ipswich on Friday but I get your point :emoticon-0105-wink: Deserved more than defeat, definitely.

yeh I don’t disagree with that but it doesn’t put the defeat on Speakman. We’ve lost games like this in this manner with experienced players as well.

this was a bunch of players not giving a **** about their performance.

Dodds is way out of his depth. Eustace is an average second division manager as he proved at Birmingham, where Dodds was one of the youth coaches. Different leagues.

    Well that didn't go well.

A lot of angry people in the ground as well.

I'm sure the club are well aware of what needs doing, so no point venting on a message board

The loan market is crucial in the championship and we have neglected it, despite it being good for us last season.

I'm not Speakman out or in, but to see the same people spout off about how **** the set up is when we get beat and say nothing when we win is just tedious.

The club/Speakman have made mistakes but we're miles ahead of where we were 2 or 3 years ago. To get rid of KLD and rip up the plan will only set us back years.

Speakman can’t be judged for individual results like today or wins against Cardiff but this is a collective since his disastrous appointment of Beale. We’ve lost 5 in 7 under Dodds, most of which very comfortably, speakman has to be held accountable

Dodds is quite rightly well pissed off with that ****e today, hopefully he will give them as much **** as they deserve, drop those not pulling their weight and bring in others with the hunger and desire to put it right. We have been ****e for ****ing weeks so I wouldn’t give the same players the chance to continue to **** it up, just drop them and make them train their way back into the match day squad. If he made eleven changes for next week it wouldn’t bother me in the slightest.

A personal pet hate of mine is the use of the term ‘group’ what happened to team, what happened to squad of players, group is a **** term and doesn’t make me feel the players are together enough to be a team, more just a collection of individuals who happen to wear the same uniform.
It seems to be the buzz word in football at the moment but I am lost as to the reasons why managers everywhere are using it, it’s not big and it’s not clever.
