That Arsenal are apparently the team in turmoil with a **** defence, only 1 man can do anything our best players injured we'll be lucky to finish in the top 10 Yet we're through the CL group stages at the top and Chelsea, City, and maybe even united may not even make it through!!

It's not all one big conspiracy theory guys. We did concede 14 goals in our first 5 Premierleague matches.
....but it's all cool these days as the concerted efforts to blaspheme seems to be behind us. I haven't had a go at anyone for eons <whoopeedoodahsmilie> and am having polite conversatiosn with one of the chief heretics p.s. the term 'heretic' was used with tongue very firmly in cheek and not as a wum.

I don't beleive that at all. What actually happened was that we had several new players in defence who were all thrown together right at the start of the seaon due to injuries. Unsurprisingly they initially struggled, but as time has gone on they have gelled. It's got nothing to do with Wenger's motivation and Arsenal haven't changed completlely recently, it's been a natural learning curve for a new team. Contrary to some opinions, the players we bought are actually extremely talented, as is now being demonstrated.
That was this season, and by using the word recently in the next sentence it demonstates that you are talking about the here and now, not five years ago. The point being, that if you'd had a bit more understanding in the first place, you wouldn't need to be changing your opinions of Wenger every 5 mins
There is of course another - what will he do about RVP - many of us fear an injury any minute. Chamakh is not a great replacement, and Park rather unproven. Of the wall would be Walcott in the centre with Geronimo and Arse-shaving outside?
