I am done for the day, and up early at 5am to head west. A season defining run of games, the wheels falling off other coaches, but not off the Tractor Boys!

Good night all, and I dont know the Leeds score!

    Get in!
As Matty Holland said at the end of Town's game today "That's a Good Friday!"

Until it’s mathematically done, it’s not done and having four sides in the race means that even if Leicester keep dropping points it probably won’t be done for all four sides until the last day. If Ipswich come out on the right side of the next two massive games for us (with four points) then regardless of what the other sides do in the next week I fancy our chances - even if Leicester and Leeds manage to drag us back into third this week.

If, (IF) we can match Leeds results for the last seven matches we’re there, despite giving them six points and a ten goal GD advantage!

I think Leicester and Southampton will have something to say about that.
Southampton still have the top three to play, so they'll still think they have a good chance

I think Leicester will still finish top,can Southampton catch us?A lot will depend on Monday's result,in which case a draw wouldn't be the end of the world.

I feel that Leicester's run of poor form shows a lack of confidence on and off the pitch with troubles brewing. A ridiculous lead of 12 pts a few weeks ago, and we have caught up, as have Leeds.

Us and Leeds are the form teams to beat, it's in our hands. If we can put out 11 men strong and true Monday and rise to the occasion, with another massive home support, then we can win this match and go on to put the Canaries to the sword next Saturday - that conjures up an unpleasant feathery disaster!

Do we want Narwich turnipheads and sister botherers to win Monday, of course we do!

The day started peeing with rain in an already drab, dreary, part of the country, but things started looking up when we had lunch in The Fernhurst with hundreds of other Town fans and the Bristol v Leicester match was on the telly, the place erupted when City scored and again at the final whistle.
As for the match Town started with some lovely flowing attacking football and Chaplin finished off a classy move by scoring in the bottom left corner, Morsy was running the show and dominated the first half and Omari doing what he does best with the only disappointments being Broadhead who i literally forgot was there such was his lack of involvement and Moore whose work with the ball at his feet was terrible.
Rovers came out for the second half determined to give it everything they had and to their credit they did just that but apart from clearly offside goals ruled out and Vas getting robbed but saving the day there werent really any major scares in the entire match.
Great away support as usual with Town fans from Scotland and Ireland and probably many other places out in force kicking up a Hell of a racket for the entire match, plus we knew we had definitely qualified for the play offs no matter what our results were for the rest of the season, thats not bad going for basically a Lg1 team with 7 matches still to play.

With modern sports/nutrition science it's not as much of an issue as it used to be but still,Respect to him and Morsy.
