Don’t know what Ipswich are playing at going top of the table without a top 6 budget, that isn’t allowed.

Probably our worst performance of the season that. It was obviously a crucial game, and after the first half hour or so it was pretty clear that we still hadn't found a way to start creating chances. I get the feeling the players started to feel that too and perhaps some heads went down. From 30 minutes onwards it just got worse and worse. Their first goal was so inevitable; whenever we need to find a way to go behind against a **** team at home it's always that same lapse in concentration from a corner. Not that it mattered that much anyway because the ongoing lack of creativity was and is the bigger issue.

We need to find a way to attack much more effectively. It doesn't look like it'll be this season now. Some people won't like the refusal to throw toys out of the pram and go over the top, but no it isn't time to talk about sacking the manager. We can't just sack a manager every time we're disappointed. People don't want to accept it after a **** game but we are building something, we can keep getting better year on year like we have been doing, and sacking managers all the time isn't the way to do that. We'll build again in the summer, the squad will change again, lessons will be learned and hopefully we'll improve overall even if we sell Greaves to help fund it.

This season is looking like a wasted opportunity, I think we all agree on that, but that doesn't mean everything is a disgrace and Rosenior is a **** and someone else would automatically make us better.

Rosenior is a really likeable guy. He just seems to think the issues are more complex then they really are. Surely playing with a bit more pace more consistently isn’t that difficult a fix? We’ve done it plenty of times in spells (often when we score) but just never sustain it over a full game, bar a few this season. Don’t think, whatever the personnel, we’ll ever be a consistent scoring side until we fix this issue.

Genuine question, what have you seen from LR in his time here that leaves you confident he can sort it out, get us creating proper clear cut chances and converting those week in week out?

Criminal? Who would he start in front of? We’ll all have different opinions on that, as we would Omur, Morton etc. We’re paying TWS on Monday too.

I don't think it's a case of not having a strategy, I think it's more the fact opposition managers have a better one and can easily outsmart the apprentice.

Because he has to change to be successful?

3 ******* hour drive up from Leicester to watch that garbage .

Roll on Monday when we will play like Brazil and come away with 3 points.

He's shown no signs so far..... Not sure I'd be willing to fund another window and third of a season ( start of next season ) to find out

Honestly, without hindsight would you have picked Ozan in front of any those three?
    Was it criminal not to?

That was absolutely dire. Even when Rosie put players up top, the service to them was non existent.
With what potentially was at stake, to have zero shots on goal throughout the whole game is hugely disappointing.
    Highlight today was the food!

I think you have to as very little is achieved by constantly swapping coaches. Look at Coventry and Preston.

Is a season and a half "constantly swapping coaches?" I think he's had enough time personally but the issues are broadly the same as when he took over, and show no signs of being solved

The squad is such a mess you have to ask why such an inexperienced manager has been allowed to spend what he has?
When the loans go and back and don't return (they wont) and when we sell Greaves and Philogene we look like relegation fodder.

That's the end product of Acun spending millions. A bottom half championship team. Same as when he took over.

I predicted a 10th place finish several months ago on here. We will be lucky to get that now. I also posted about Derby players telling their agent Rosenior talks too much and they don't wanna play for him. I was shot down.

Anyone think this current group are buying into his plan? Looks to me like a **** show.

The words "over coached" have come up a few times recently as some of the thoughts in the camp.
