Preview: Bristol City vs. Leicester City - prediction, team news, lineups https://www.sportsmole.co.uk/footba...-team-news-lineups_539821.html?cQx=NN&newsnow Bristol City possible starting lineup: O'Leary; Tanner, Vyner, Dickie, Pring; Sykes, King, Gardner-Hickman, Twine; Knight; Conway We say: Bristol City 0-2 Leicester City Both Manning and Maresca ought to have welcomed the international break with open arms amid their side's respective on-field struggles, but two weeks may not be enough to solve the Robins' attacking crisis at home. Now squaring up to the division's best-performing away team - and one that were highly unfortunate to lose in the way that they did versus Chelsea - Good Friday should not end in a good way for the hosts as Leicester return to winning ways, and to the top of the table.
What we must remember is the underlying tone [ not helped by players able to run contracts down! ] stated at the time of the first "5 pillars"..... We need to produce talent to be able to improve the team and our finances! there is always going to be a 3 or 4 teams that perform a miracle over a period of a few seasons.. manage to to win promotion/ get to top 6 PO's a couple of times and then maybe drop down or drop out .....ALL on a small budget/ gate! We are following that trend albeit rather hap hazardly! because we dont renew the contracts of our academy players early enough with say 18 months to go and a +1 year. We will get to point where it is to late for Conroy and have to let go or sell on the cheap. Weimann allowed to go on loan to try and get into national team. but is a good back up player ...better by far than King!........... we only pay about circa< £1k per week to senior academy ......chicken feed.. they should all be signed up to age 25 when deemed able to break into the squad at that fee!!!!! but annually have pre written finance updates as to their performance...... when players like Scott and Semenyo left their wages were pitiful!
Bristol City vs Leicester City: Preview and Prediction Leicester City will be eager to reclaim the top spot in the EFL Championship when they take on Bristol City at Ashton Gate on Friday. https://thehardtackle.com/round-up/2024/03/28/bristol-city-vs-leicester-city-preview-and-prediction/
A difficult game today and considering I have got up one hour too early to watch it then they had better wake up better than me. Obviously you haven't changed your clocks yet as we did that about 3 weeks ago and I should have double checked because here I am at 4:30 a.m. having to wait another darned hour before kick off. I don't believe it.
The clocks go forward at 01.00 this Sunday morning I have little expectations for today aside from a lesson in how to get 3 points by Leicester But it’s City and anything could happen
There is no coverage on Robins TV and so back to Sports10 but no sound and lots of unsafe site warnings - anyone else got info on this site as I have used it before?
Leicester are starting to gel and look way better than us on the ball but we are still competing alright.
Well I thought we held them quite well and gave them a few scares. We need to turn those scares into goals though. We need someone who can finish (here I go again). And what is it with us and (lack of) penalties??? We hardly ever get them.
