On a vaguely related topic, there's a great documentary on BBC Sounds at the moment called "Trumped" which is about Trump's Scottish golf course project. It's really interesting and gives a bit more detail about the "man" and his organisation and their notable lack of ethics. I mention it now because I think the golf course is one of the assets that was massively over valued.
He's also got one up the coast from me in Clare and I'm sure the same will apply. As they say though...overvalued for loans, undervalued for tax purposes.
