I gave you an example of the FSB blowing up civilian apartments across Russia to justify their 2nd Chechen war (the first one was very unpopular).

FSB are now trying to link ISIS to Ukraine, as if ISIS needed Ukrainian help.

Ukraine doesn't attack civilians. They attack oil refineries, weapons factories, airbases, etc... with drones. They would do it themselves if they ever would.

Your 'evidence' is from what Ukrainians call the 'New Orc Times', some random dude and a Russian asset asking a question in the EU Parliament, none of them are Ukraine saying 'we did it' (which they declare after every attack on Russia).

I didn't say they followed orders, if you remembered how to read I said I don't believe Zelensky ordered it but he's got lots of unsupervised mercs and Isis running around and obviously getting the same warning from the US about a terrorist attack took no steps to stop it

Isis are fighting Russians in Syria but are better paid in Ukraine
