So on the radio yesterday It reported it had been clinically proven that belly fat was the direct result of stress and no amount of exercise would shift it. They took women trying to lose this belly fay (avid gym goers) and instead had them do meditation for 3 weeks instead of the gym... apparently all of them lost the belly..
There's been a long-standing link between stress and obesity, but suggesting 'no amount of exercise would shift it' is clearly nonsense.
Kate Middelton has just done a BBC address stating she has cancer and is starting treatment after the abdominal surgery... Lets wish her well....
