Hendrix was amazing no doubt - I went for those that I was old enough to appreciate in my formative years rather than any historically ... Of the latter I'd also give a shout out to Muddy Waters ... One that I omitted and, in hindsight, would get in my top 5, would be Brian Jones of the Stones ... genius on stringed instruments ...
