You did play well at times as did we but there were some daft mistakes from us that gave you ways back into the game. It happens I suppose.Just got in and read through their match thread.

TBF some of them accepted we did well so not all bad.

For a two hour game, I'd say you lot dominated 30-40 minutes of it, the rest was us.
We had first half hour, you had half an hour into second half, the rest plus extra time was us.
The narrative, however, is that Liverpool let us win because of how they played, not the other way round. Which is just bollocks.
Not saying we didn't have a major wobble, which is always a concern, but we could and should have had more than our four if our forwards could shoot on target.
We know where we are this season but, for a team challenging for the league, or at least supposed to be, you lot didn't look that great tbh.
It's difficult to compare because you were looking to counter and letting us have the ball so it probably makes me think we dominated more. And that's what I mean about making silly mistakes, that's exactly what you were looking for so tactically it was spot on now that you've won. If we'd have taken a couple of chances it would be a different conversation.

Another farce. I assume Forest will appeal, so as we approach the end of the season, the teams around them will have to ensure they plan in those lost points in the scenario they maybe reduced or given back.
