    I love ‘Make me Smile (come up and see me)’ - it’s among my favourite songs. It’s one I can actually play on the guitar too!!

    One of my musical heroes.
    First band I ever saw live and that was at the Bristol Locarno. Seen him with the band and solo numerous times and feel really sad at his passing.

    I used to play this one to death! MAKE ME SMILE they were unique with their sound .Judy teen Mr Soft Mr Raffles Sebastein and of course not forgetting here comes the sun ...

    Ah ‘Here comes the sun’ - one of my faves too (another I can play) - but I’m afraid I prefer the original.
    George Harrison - my favourite of all the Beatles - the music media loved Lennon and McCartney and Harrison was often overlooked - all the talent he had.
    Sorry back to Harley - sad loss to music.

    Saw Ian Hunter/Mott with that up and coming band Queen at the Colston Hall 29th November 1973!!
