What I said was true you refused to credit Bruce for finishing 12th and still wanted him out. Ultimately you were highly critical of previous managers and don't like other people doing the very same thing. The thing is I personally credited Bruce for his successful seasons and criticised after bad results and in his bad season... that's called being fair folders lad and I'm the same with Howe. It's OK and we both know what I'm saying is accurate. I also know for a fact that there's cracks appearing in the cult surrounding Howe.
Why would anyone credit Bruce or any other manager for finishing 12th Bruce had 38 games.to get to 12th The following season Bruce left us in 19th place taking up 10 games Graeme Jones took charge of 3 games but we were still 19th Howe took over with 25 games to go and got us up to 11th higher than Bruces' previous
I think Munson's point is If it was OK for an element of the fans to hate Steve Bruce and want him out, it's acceptable for an element of the fans now to be critical of Howe.

I care about progress atm. And this season has been a big disappointment for me. Just my opinion but whatever the reasons we have gone backwards. Howe gets the opportunity to start next season but if he doesn’t replace Burn and Longstaff and Miggy then it will be clear he’s not what we need. The club need to progress.
The aim was 17th and I'm talking about when he actually finished 12th at the time I credited him for a good season at that point and plenty just couldn't find it within themselves. They waited until he inevitably ****ed up two years later which you could don't with nearly every manager. It's fine I just know for a fact I credit and discredit accordingly because it's never personal for me. large numbers that criticised previous managers including Pardew and Bruce are taking issue with anyone being critical of Howe about anything. I think hypothetically Ashley’s mantra was as long as we finish 17th with bare minimum effort. Thats what he means.
This argument was prevalent in the toon army's Ashley criticism for over a decade ? I can find screenshots or letters from fans if you want but it really should be required. Why can't we juat accept that it's fair to criticise if you credit when it's due ?I always have been like that. This blind faith and pure hate I dont get into.
