I agree , we are badly in need of leader ship on matchdays , Dodds is doing the caretakers job and has the players on side, so we have to grin and bear it for now. but we need better, much, much better imo.
I’m holding off judging KLD or “the model” until the summer. Replace Clarke, Neil and Ballard with untried 19 year olds - they can do one. Replace them with top half championship quality players and I’m happy. Don’t care if those players are 20 or 30. They just need to be top half championship quality NOW
Some clubs are investing and getting worse, like Birmingham and Stoke tbf ... ... we definitely need to balance the squad though, a big summer for the whole club.
We can only go on information we get told mate, some will be bang on and some wont be I have no reason to not believe what I've been told, and im sure your the same We will agree to disagree on this topic, based on what weve been told For what its worth, i dont want an owner spending fortunes - i just want us to have a plan be ambitious with that plan and always look to improve that plan as we go. Arguing as to whether KLD is spending his own money or not is a bit of a red herring really. all that matters is the quality being bought with the money, wherever it’s coming from. And I think we all mostly agree it’s not been spent perfectly. This window coming up needs to be tonnes better
This is honest from Dodds. Pleased he’s not focusing on “good clean sheet” etc Dodds: "I was really disappointed with the performance. We didn't show any real quality, and that's not just the top end of the pitch either. We'll naturally get some help when bodies come back - but I thought that was a naive performance."
That was awful. A really poor display all round in my opinion. No sense of playing style, or patterns, it was just turgid. Patto saved us big time. Absolutely desperate for something to spark the seasom back into life. We are drifting into a summer and could easily continue it in to next season if we are not careful. Need a new coach now, it is a must.

Naive is the word, even Neil and Ballard looked nervous and hesitant. I really can't wait for Evans to come back and hope he does enough for another season.
We are not making money KLD is making up the shortfall May not be investing as much as people want but he is not taking the profits as you say
I fear with Evans after so long off at his age that he won’t be able to get up to speed to contribute the way we remember him doing
Possibly the most turgid display I have seen for years. Notwithstanding, clean sheet. Still raw talent visible Still awesome support I can't fathom though how the closest we got was an own goal from them Gutted, but still keeping the faith
Lucky to get a nil nil against QPR but I suppose a point makes it a tiny bit harder for those below us to overtake our relegation form. I’m going to moan about strikers. That QPR sub, not even sure who he is, a reserve striker for a bottom of the league side, is a bigger threat than all of our options, because he has pace and moves. No wonder our coaches have been seething.
I thinks Dodds initial team selection has been naive for the last few games. Just got it wrong. Players need to work harder but they need to be set up to actually try and win games. Just going through the motions at the minute. Need a spark from somewhere
