Thought it might be helpful to have a thread dedicated to good news only, so please help us all by sharing good news. I'll go first
New Deal costing PL clubs roughly £8m each a season to help the rest of the EFL rejected by 10 twatty clubs. We weren't one of them. Funnily enough Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea (All American owners) West Ham, Aston Villa, Wolves, Bournemouth, Palace, Forrest. These 10 are stating if a regulator makes them cough up more then they'll take legal action against the regulator This opens a can of worms that will lead to all kinds of further legal action I'd imagine. Bye Bye FFP. Hello New World Order Bye Bye Bedwetters. Hello World Cub Cup Winners
First 3 lines are official. Vote was to be Monday to avoid the new regulator coming in and taking charge of it. Those 10 openly stated it was pointless as they'd vote against and take legal action against the regulator if forced to pay any more.
Club preparing to ban the bed wetters Darren Eales quoted today on website. ‘Following recent instances of abusive and discriminatory conduct, fans are reminded to show their support in a positive way to ensure that football is inclusive, safe and enjoyable for all. Whilst the vast majority of fans support Newcastle United’s teams in a welcoming and inclusive way, a small minority of individuals have unfortunately behaved in a discriminatory and/or abusive manner, which goes against club values, Ground Regulations and, on occasions, the law. The club would like to take this opportunity to remind all supporters that Newcastle United has a zero-tolerance approach towards discrimination and abuse. The club’s CEO, Darren Eales, said: “We are blessed to have so many incredible supporters who are exemplary in representing our club and city. Unfortunately, this season, a small minority of people have let them down by engaging in abhorrent behaviour that we simply will not tolerate. “This includes our Box Office staff being subjected to abusive behaviour, our players and stewarding staff being racially abused, two incidents of employees being spat at and persistent and vitriolic online abuse on football forums and social media platforms. We will take all necessary measures to protect our supporters, players and staff. “Abusive behaviour of any kind, whether directed at players, coaches, fellow supporters or members of our staff is unacceptable and I know our Newcastle United family will stand together in condemning it, ‘United as One’.”
I read that but I couldn't find what exactly happened ? Brother was there and said there was no more than what normally happens at a game apart from slagging off Sterling
Woah Woah Woah. "The Fans" is the term you use when you go solo tonto. Don't go saying "our fans" now your being hunted
Eales is obviously referring to our fans at matches and on twitter targeting players with unpleasantries.
Think its multiple things over the course of the season. Thing is there is area's that needs criticising but it needs to be done in the correct manner. Shouting and screaming at admin staff in the box office who have no control over anything isn't going to help anyone. Starting racist **** in the ground is bang out of order and the stewarding staff are clearly doing their job removing people doing this. Some idiots just can't handle their pre-match pints.
