We had The Police, now its Stone Roses and Black Sabbath and there have been numerous others that I can't remember. I think it's rather sad that all these dinosaurs reform their bands just to basically bring home the bacon. Don't mind bands that have stuck it out for years but I find all this reforming rather tawdry and degrading. Christ, the next thing you know The Beatles will be reforming.
I've seen plenty of reformed bands e.g. Sham 69, 4 Skins, Discharge. They might not be the same as they were back in the day but it's the only chance (relative) youngsters like me get to see them.
