From what I’ve seen of the young uns, they aren’t spectacular. They graft their nuts off though and play for each other - which is great to see.
From what I've seen, they are well organised, they all know where they are playing and what they need to do. I'd be happy for Murty to step up to the first team at some stage.

Murty is class on the touchline. Encourages them to take responsibility and make their own decisions, he doesn't scream at them to go long, wide, short etc. Asks them questions that he wants them to solve.....can we play out?, how do we do it better next time, etc. Tbf, the lads respond and talk back to him during the game, he usually responds with 'well do it then'
