Doctors supply pills and a visit to cognitive therapist, but it's upto the individual to fix it and that's the cold hard truth.

People with pieces of paper and people who've been there is what you'll get if it's mental.

As Magdad everyone’s comments are their own opinions based on their own experiences.

My wife has soya intolerance and has to regularly take iron supplements. She usually gets hives/dizziness. She’s also vegetarian.

About two months ago she started to get giddy on an hourly or so basis and exercise made it worse.

I believe that she has a viral infection and that slowly went and a cough came that she’s had for a few weeks now.

Blood tests came up negative. She felt no stress but when you talked to her about work she suddenly had a meeting coming up a few days later.

Thanks for the advice guys. The issue is I've had so many tests done, and none of them show any clear physical cause. I will still try.

But after this next test, I'm just going to assume it's psychosomatic and hopefully if my mental health improves I will notice a reduction in the symptoms.

it's the fact that I cannot even exercise anymore than concerns me. I don't want this to be my life now. Hiking/Walking was a form of therapy not just a hobby.

I feel like I've lived a very healthy lifestyle for a while. No alcohol regularly, no caffeine, no ciggarattes or drugs. I haven't always consistently worked out, but I still hiked/walked.

All tests show Im healthy. Diet planned out in detail.

I'm paying for a private psychologist now who seems to know better than the NHS therapists. If this therapy doesn't work on top of healthy lifestyle, then meds might be necessary, but I hate the idea of drugs.

    Mate, your lifestyle isn't healthy.
From what you've said your diet is pretty poor for a human being.
If you don't change your diet nothing will change.

Don't talk to a doctor or a dietician about your diet because they are all bought and paid for.

Start by watching those two youtube videos I've posted.

The primary thing that matters when it comes to diet is meeting your nutritional requirements which my diet does.

I assumed a deficiency was the issue and my tests are showing me all in optimal or adequate ranges.

No alcohol, drugs, cigs, I was hiking regularly before this.

I'm not an athlete but my lifestyle is healthy. I felt fine for several years before this, I had all the energy in the world. I hiked every day.

I never really got sick at all. Even know it's not like I'm sick, it's just these symptoms are controlling my life.

Yeah carbs are being demonized these days. I've heard about Keto. Thankyou for the suggestion, but not sure I'm going on it.

I've seen many people do carnivore and many people report awful blood work.

Like I said, I felt physically healthy for a long time and this could just be psychosomatic.

I appreciate the suggestion though, but if my bloodwork is coming back fine then I don't know how to think of my diet as the issue, I have no proof diet is the cause of it.

There may have been some flaw but there was no seriously unhealthy aspect to it.

Try taking vitamin D if you cant get any sun and B12..these are key and most people dont get enough of amd you feel fatigued and miserable .. it could be a simple solution that's all.

    Electrolytes is another shout.

I can literally guarantee you're not getting enough D or b12.

By awful blood work I assume you mean high cholesterol?

Mate, if you believe that bullshit there's no hope for you.

Good luck on your health journey.

You eat foods that contain what your body needs, and I've been doing that. My blood tests haven't proven any deficiency.

My doctors say I'm fine. I've had extensive tests done for b12 and evidence suggests no deficiency.

Not just that, but yes high cholesterol which evidence suggests contributes to heart disease.

But if you feel great eating carnivore then go ahead, it may work for some people.

There's no one size fits all.
