It could be dairy products. Mrs went through issues a while back and took months to work it out. In the end it turns out it was milk. She’d never had an issue previously and had to change to that soy milk now but it’s worked.

Considering his diet it could also be a soy intolerance

He needs to do the very best elimination diet there is.
    Fatty ribeye, salt and water.
He'll get all of the nutrients a human requires to thrive from this alone.

What a waste of your amazing cow milking skills if she doesn't even appreciate it.

Thanks for the responses guys. But the issues started before I switched back so it cannot be anything to do with any animal product.

I removed gluten from my diet, and I feel like my sore stomachs got better but it could also be that Im off work and it's all psychosomatic, so less stress = less bad stomachs.

I think Imma go to the GP and ask for a food intolerance/allergy test.

    I will order one offline.

I am seeing a psychologist so hopefully if it is all psychosomatic then that will be resolved. If no, then further tests will eventually find the answer.

I only drink water nothing else... eat organic if you can and make sure you're getting enough vitamin d and b12.

If you used to take drugs and live badly this might be detox...amd smoking anything is dreadful despite what weed heads say.

Dizziness is usually caused by either stress or anemia or low blood sugar or low magnesium.

From what you’ve said the rest is stress based on the dizziness.

Physically sounds like you are fine as blood tests would pick up anything . Which really leaves the stress.

what job do you do? you say that most of it has been relieved by not being in work. could it be stress related?

In terms of food intolerances I would focus on soya (considering a heavily plant based diet) and sulfites - they put that **** in everything

It's weird though. My life hasn't changed at all. I'm not under anymore stress than I was for years before that, even less so. Work was relatively quiet up until that point.

It's weird that the symptoms are brought on primarily by exercise though. I went for a 4.5 mile walk the other day and I really felt it for a couple of days after.

Exercise makes the symptoms worse more than anything. I think what it may be is the symptoms of my mental health issue have amplified for some reason, and that's making me sensitive to stimulating activities.

Stress may be impacting it but the reason why I think it may be physical is simply because physical activity aggrivates the symptoms, even just walking.

    Walking induces lightheadedness sometimes.

In regards to anemia, blood tests seems to show no signs of it. Only thing of concern was Vit B12 was low normal, but an MMA test showed no proof of b12 deficiency.

I think it may be my mental health getting worse but I don't think it's a result of external stressors primarily, because like I said my life as a whole isn't particularly stressful.

Get back to basics no snacks cut all that **** out of your life, eat the bare ingredients nature provides and get regular exercise. If that doesn't work after 6 months then something is radically wrong.

Everyone is living badly these days and they don't even think they are..... I only eat this and that is all hear.... not many people are determined enough to make the sacrifices required and they give up because they find an excuse.

He who says he can't types!

Off to to my training because it is necessary.

My symptoms have been here for 6 months. I cannot work out because my symptoms are aggrivated too much by exercise, but I am still walking.

I've eaten healthy for several years. No alcohol, minimal junk.

Mate, just ditch the carbs. It's the carbs that **** you up physically and mentally.
If you get rid of all the carbs from your diet, after a period of adaptation you will feel incredible both mentally and physically.
If you think your body needs exogenous carbs you are wrong.
Your body will produce all of the carbs it needs in the form of glucose via a process called gluconeogenesis.

    Doesn’t sound physical to me.

You said work was relatively quiet then I presume it became busier and then this started? Sounds like stress to me

I wish you all the strength required to get well and find a solution and that you have to the determination to never give up..... it's actually very simple .. we decide how we feel.

With all due respect Tash and I'm not having a dig at any one, opinions are all great but none of us are medical experts as far as I'm aware.

It may be something as simple as a dietary issue it may be something more severe. Keep pestering your doctor mate.

Sure but I've had plenty of stressful periods before and had worse anxiety/depression before and it didn't cause these symptoms.

The primary issue is that it's stopping me from being able to exercise.

I've never had so many physical issues like this before, and like I said, exercise seems to make the symptoms worse than anything despite the fact that I've been able to hike many miles before despite being depressed and didn't get these symptoms.

Work stress may be adding to it, but I don't think it's the cause. I'm off work now and have been for a month and the symptoms are still definitely here. They are calmer but still at a level that is beyond what it was when they started 6 months ago.

Work was quiet when they started up, so what I'm saying is that work doesn't seemed to have caused them. It's picked up recently, and yes that added to the issues.

I've been off work for 4 weeks now and I still get the symptoms when exercising.

I think it may be psychosomatic/mental but It's not specifically life stress.
